Healthcare

It's imperative that access to quality healthcare is available to everyone, including reproductive care for women. I support full prenatal care for women who choose to become mothers, and every option of service for those who must terminate.

Care for Young & Old

Due to inadequate options for childcare and eldercare, too many Hoosiers must opt out of gainful employment to care for a child, parent or companion. I support State investment in solutions to enable quality care for families.

Education

Public schools are underfunded, even as the income cap on tuition assistance for private /parochial schools rose from $4800 to $220,000 over the last decade. I support a return to the original formula for tuition income caps.

Guns

Indiana's lack of basic gun safety standards have made us a leader in gun violence (2.5 times the national rate). I support 2nd Amendment Rights with constitutional limits.

Environment

Due to high levels of air and water pollution, Indiana ranks #50 of 51 states in standards of environmental quality. I support legislation to end destructive environmental policies.

Agriculture

Farm taxes are scheduled to increase substantially in the 2025 legislative session. I support solutions to make agricultural taxes fair.
