Steuben County Community Health Fair

The Steuben County Health Department, Angola Main Street, Cameron Hospital and Fremont Youth Community Outreach invite everyone to join an initiative towards a healthier community.
The Community Health Fair runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 13, at Fremont Youth Community Outreach, 601 Coldwater St., Fremont.
The event is an opportunity for residents to explore health services and resources available in Steuben County.
The Health Fair will have vendor tables to provide information on everything from immunizations, mental and physical health, nutrition, and insurance navigation.
Eicher’s Subs will also be on site for lunch and they accept cash or card.
